Terms of Service
Effective date: June 12, 2026.
The pilot phase
postARTing is currently in a free pilot phase. These terms cover use of the site and participation in the pilot and Charter Club list.
Charter Club
Signing up for the Charter Club is a free reservation, not a purchase. No payment is collected today. Founding pricing details will be confirmed before any billing begins, and members must explicitly opt in to a paid subscription. Nobody is ever charged automatically just for being on this list.
Paid subscriptions
When paid subscriptions launch, they will renew until cancelled. Cancellation will be as easy as signing up. Refund terms will be published before launch.
Artwork ownership
Artists retain ownership of their original art. Recipients own the physical card they receive.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or submit false information.
Liability
The service is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law, postARTing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
